The CAFS 5012E explosion-proof gas mass flowmeter utilizes a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chip, making it ideal for various applications involving clean, relatively dry gas flow measurement and process control. The CAFS 5012E incorporates a MEMS flow sensing unit and a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated Δ-Σ ADC, along with the internal calibration logic and MCU processor, ensures real-time acquisition and accurate flow signals without any external calibration compensation, guaranteeing high-precision flow output. The product also includes a power system and interface system, with a user-friendly digital output communication mode that allows easy access to data information. Its wide range of applications makes it highly versatile.
