The CPS610 pressure sensor is an ultra-small integrated microdifferential pressure high-precision semiconductor pressure sensor, which is suitable for medical and industrial control system, white goods and other fields. Housed in a JEDC standard SOIC-16 package, it features two vertical valves with barbs for easy follow-up Install and use.
This pressure sensor has an I2C interface and uses a unique algorithm to realize multi-stage temperature compensation of the sensor, and is factory calibrated.
The measuring range and temperature range can be customized and RoHS compliant, making it easy for customers to use flexibly.
