CAFS5012 Gas mass flow sensor is using microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chip, suitable for various uses of clean, relatively dry small flow gas measurement and process control, unique encapsulation technology makes the product meet the different range of flow measurement, to ensure high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability and low cost.
CAFS5012 Is based on MEMS flow sensing unit and high precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated Δ - Σ A / D converter, the logic circuit and MCU processor with internal calibration function jointly guarantee the real-time effective collection of sensing signal, obtain accurate flow signal, and process the corresponding compensation algorithm internally, so no external calibration compensation can ensure the high precision traffic output; friendly digital output communication mode, users can easily communicate and obtain the corresponding data information; the product application range is very broad.
