The CAFS5019 gas mass flow meter is designed using MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) flow sensor chips. It is suitable for measuring and controlling the flow of clean, relatively dry gases for various applications. The unique packaging technology of the product ensures it meets different ranges of flow measurement, ensuring high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability, and low cost.
CAFS5019 integrates a MEMS flow sensing unit with a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU), incorporating a Δ-Σ A/D converter and logic circuit with internal calibration functions. This integration ensures the real-time effective collection of sensor signals, providing accurate flow signals with internal compensation algorithms. Consequently, no external calibration is required, ensuring high-precision flow output. The friendly digital output communication mode allows users to easily obtain the corresponding data through communication. This product has a wide range of applications.
