Product Description

The CAFS5025 Gas Mass Flow Sensor, utilizing microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chip technology, is designed for the measurement and process control of clean and relatively dry gas flows across various applications. Its unique packaging technology enables it to meet different flow measurement ranges, ensuring high sensitivity, reliability, stability, and low cost. The CAFS5025 integrates a MEMS flow sensing unit with high-precision digital processing and calibration circuits (MCU). The built-in Δ-Σ A/D converter and internal calibration logic circuit, combined with the MCU processor, ensure real-time and accurate flow signal acquisition and internal compensation algorithm processing. This design eliminates the need for external calibration and compensation, guaranteeing high-precision flow outputs. The sensor offers user-friendly digital output communication, allowing easy access to data.
