The CMF5019 consists of an MEMS flow sensing unit combined with high-precision digital processing and calibration circuits (MCU). It integrates a Δ-Σ A/D converter, logic circuit with internal calibration functions, and an MCU processor to ensure real-time, accurate signal acquisition and flow measurement. This integration eliminates the need for external calibration compensation, ensuring high-precision flow output.
