Product Description

The CPG Series pressure sensor is an all-silicon MEMS pressure sensor designed to provide accurate pressure measurements across a wide range of pressures from -100 kPa to 700 kPa. It is built to deliver high sensitivity, excellent stability, and long-term reliability, making it suitable for a diverse array of applications.

This sensor operates over a broad temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is available in both standard SOP and DIP packages, which makes it easy to integrate into various systems. The sensor provides a high-quality linear output voltage that correlates well with pressure changes, and it supports both constant voltage and constant current source drive modes, offering flexibility for different design requirements.
