Functional Description

The CPA900 series pressure sensors utilize a MEMS piezoresistive absolute pressure core as the pressure-sensitive element. This element outputs an original signal that is proportional to the ambient pressure. A conditioning chip with a built-in 24-bit ADC drives this sensitive element and amplifies its original signal. It also performs temperature compensation and linearity correction, resulting in an analog voltage output signal that is linearly related to the applied pressure.
