The CMF9019 Maximum Flow Size Selection (SLPM)300,500,600,800,1000 is composed of a MEMS flow sensing unit and a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated Δ-δA/D converter, logic circuits with internal calibration functions, MCU processors, and display unit modules effectively collect sensing signals in real time, obtaining accurate flow signals, and processing corresponding compensation algorithms internally. This ensures high-precision flow output without any external calibration compensation. Users can easily obtain rich data information via digital communication. The product's applications are very broad.
