CAFS5025A is composed of MEMS flow sensing unit and high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU) The integrated Δ ∑ A/D converter, internal calibration circuit, and MCU processor jointly ensure real-time and effective acquisition of sensing signals, obtain accurate flow signals, and perform corresponding compensation algorithm processing internally. Therefore, no external calibration compensation is required to ensure high-precision flow output; A friendly digital output communication method that allows users to easily obtain corresponding data information through communication; The product has a wide range of applications.
