The CAFS5006 Sensor is designed with a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing chip, making it ideal for various applications requiring the measurement and control of clean, relatively dry small flow gases. Based on a MEMS flow sensing unit and a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU), the sensor includes an integrated Δ-ΣA/D converter and an internal calibration logic circuit.
