The CAFS1000A series MEMS air flow sensor (i.e. air flow meter) is applied in modern electronic fuel injection systems (EFI) of automobiles. It is generally installed on the intake duct between the air filter and throttle body to measure the amount of air sucked into the engine. Its output signal serves as the main parameter for controlling fuel injection in the fuel injection system of automotive engines, determining the engine's power, economy, and emission performance indicators.
